Comedy Showroom: Ronny Chieng – International Student

  • Ronny Chieng: International Student is part of the ABC Comedy Showroom, a joint initiative with Screen Australia.  In association with Film Victoria, Screen NSW and ScreenWest.
    Meet Ronny Chieng. He’s a Malaysian student who’s come to Australia to study law. He’s smart, driven and competitive, which would make him the perfect law student, if he actually wanted to be a lawyer.
    Series currently in development – due for screening in July2017.

International Student Stories: Complete Series on ABC iView

  • International students are travelling long distances and making big sacrifices to get an Australian education. Seven students share their stories of relocating to NSW towns to study; and locals tell us the distinctive ways the students are contributing to these communities.
